The star shortstop has been a force with the bat knocking out 15 homers, and yesterday he flashed his speed, nabbing his 30th stolen base of the season. The 23-year-old joins rare company with the swipe, becoming the first MLB player since Barry Bonds to have 15+ longballs and 30+ stolen bases in their first two seasons. Witt’s performance helped his team to edge out the New York Mets 4-0.
