Kansas City fifth-ranked prospect Nick Loftin joined the debut party happening around Major League Baseball on Friday. With a man on first base, Loftin swatted a two-out double to left field and cashed in the run. The 24-year-old was efficient, managing to collect his first career hit, extra-base knock, and RBI all with one swing of the bat. "It was unbelievable," the designated hitter said after he helped his Club secure a convincing 13-2 win over the Boston Red Sox.
