The squad took to the diamond in a nighttime battle against the Boston Red Sox Saturday, which featured an offensive clinic with a combined 25 runs scored. In the end the Orioles came out on top, tallying 14 hits and five homers, making them the first team to win a game after allowing 23-plus hits since the Seattle Mariners in 1981. Moreover, the victory marked the Club's 90th win of the season. It took the team just 141 games to reach that many victories, the fastest pace since 1979.
