St. Louis Cardinals great Adam Wainwright has put the cherry on top of his 18-year, single-team career. The 42-year-old turned back the clock in one of his final MLB performances, sending back Milwaukee Brewers to the showers while picking up three strikeouts over seven scoreless innings of four-hit baseball. With Ryan Helsley recording the save, Wainwright secured his 200th career win. He's just the third Cardinals pitcher to reach the bicentennial mark, joining Jim Kaat (1980) and Grover Alexander (1928) as the only hurlers aged 41 years (or older) in franchise history to toss seven or more scoreless innings.
