Club returns to the postseason for a 7th straight season

The Houston Astros officially have a chance to follow up their World Series championship in 2022 with another in 2023 after punching their ticket to the Major League Baseball Postseason for an impressive seven consecutive seasons via a victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks last night, 1-0. The victory came courtesy of José Abreu, who connected for a fourth-inning RBI double to generate the contest’s only run. Additionally, if Houston wins their final game, and the Texas Rangers lose theirs, the Astros will be crowned the champions of the American League West Division.
