With a two-run homer already in his back pocket, Cleveland Guardians third baseman José Ramírez set off a cascade of longballs when he once again stepped to the plate in the top of the fourth inning. Ramírez’s second home run gave way to teammate Josh Naylor, who deposited Patrick Sandoval’s offering deep into the right-field bleachers. Catcher David Fry completed the home run trifecta two pitches later - making it a 9-2 contest - in what would ultimately be another victory.
