Detroit Tigers outfielder Justyn-Henry Malloy checked off a career milestone from his Big League career Wednesday night against the Texas Rangers. In the top of the sixth inning, Malloy collected his first MLB hit, breaking up the Rangers no-hit bid. More impressive, the shot was a home run, marking a career first as well. Expect many more highlight plays in the near future for Detroit’s sixth-rated prospect.
