Drew Thorpe had quite the start to his MLB career on Tuesday night. The 22-year-old made his big-league debut against the Seattle Mariners, looking sharp through five innings of work. The team's third-ranked prospect allowed just three hits while striking out four and walking two. The highlight of the game came in the fifth when Thorpe chased down a grounder, snagging it with his free hand and then whipped it over to first off of his back foot. His efforts helped propel his team to a 4-3 win.
