Philadelphia Phillies fans were treated to a fireworks show courtesy of slugger Kyle Schwarber on Monday. The 31-year-old began his big day with a two-run shot in the third inning to break the scoreless tie. Schwarber was hungry for more, crushing a second two-run blast into his team’s bullpen three frames later. The designated hitter’s effort made him the fastest player (172 games) in MLB history to 60 career taters in June. He passed Hall-of-Famer Mike Piazza’s mark of 191 contests.
