F1° MILESTONE RACE

It was a milestone race at the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2024 as the sport celebrated it’s 1,111th Grand Prix™ in history. On a day that was all about the number 1, it was rather fitting that race winner Max Verstappen drove to victory in car number 1. An extraordinary occurrence on a special landmark race that never will be replicated again. The race didn’t disappoint, with some incredible wheel-to-wheel racing from the off. It was Max Verstappen who was to reign supreme in the 1,111th race in Formula 1® history, battling back from a P2 start to secure the 61st race win of his career.
