Colorado Rockies fans have something to be excited about after prospect Greg Jones’ effort in Monday’s outing. In hopes of providing a spark for his Club against the Los Angeles Dodgers, the 26-year-old belted a no-doubter over the right-field wall in the ninth inning. Jones’ pinch-hit homer also happened to be his first career knock. “Honestly, I was just making sure I touched all the bases,” Jones reflected on the longball. “Definitely a whirlwind of emotions right there.”
