Shohei Ohtani became the first player in MLB history to record a win and a save in an All-Star Game. Ohtani pitched the 10th and 11th innings, striking out two and allowing no runs, before Kyle Schwarber hit a go-ahead RBI single in the top of the 13th. Ohtani then closed it out in the bottom of the 13th, inducing a game-ending double play to secure the American League's 3-2 victory at Dodger Stadium.
