Griffin Conine made the most of his first career MLB start. In the Miami Marlins game against the Colorado Rockies, the call-up logged his first career hit, but he didn't stop there. After roping a triple in the sixth inning, Conine struck again three frames later with a double. He wasn't a slouch defensively either, getting an outfield assist. By collecting two XBH and an assist, he became just the fourth player in the expansion era (1961) to do so in his first big-league start.
