Bobby Witt Jr.

It’s becoming too easy for shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. The Kansas City Royals superstar added to his MVP-caliber season with another steal in his matchup against the Detroit Tigers on Tuesday. The Texas native didn’t wait for long before taking off for second base after working a walk in the opening frame. Witt’s swipe was his 30th of 2024, giving him his second career 30/30 campaign. He becomes the first shortstop in MLB history to reach that mark twice, having done so in consecutive seasons.
