It took until Game 157 to get it done, but the Baltimore Orioles clinched their second straight Postseason berth with a 5-3 victory over the New York Yankees on Tuesday. Hurler Dean Kremer did his part, limiting the damage to one run over five innings of work. Baltimore's lineup took care of the rest with Anthony Santander, Ramon Urias, and Colton Cowser all going deep. Mathematically speaking, the Orioles still have a shot at the American League East Division crown with five games remaining.
