It was a historic moment for the British team as they saw off Scuderia Ferrari HP to take the FIA Formula 1® Constructors’ World Championship. McLaren Formula 1 Team went into the weekend knowing that a race win would secure the coveted title, and that’s exactly what Lando Norris delivered. It marked the end of an incredibly impressive season that saw McLaren Formula 1 Team claim six race victories and top up 666 points – beating nearest rivals Scuderia Ferrari HP by 14 points. They are now the team to beat and will be looking to defend their crown next season.
