Royals Moving on to ALDS for 1st Time Since 2015

Salvador Perez hit a two-run homer in the sixth inning to lead the Royals past the Guardians, 5-2, on 10-2. The veteran catcher drove in both runs on a 430-foot blast to left field, giving Kansas City a series win in Cleveland. It was Perez's 10th homer of the season, extending his streak of consecutive seasons with at least 10 homers to 12.
