The southpaw had his pitching repertoire working, hurling six innings of one-run ball and punching out nine Cleveland Guardians batters. Rodón generated a whopping 25 swings-and-misses in his outing, making it the most for any Yankees pitcher in a Postseason game since pitch tracking began (2008). The left-hander was in full control en route to his first career Postseason victory.
