Max Muncy

Max Muncy continued his strong Postseason for the Los Angeles Dodgers in Thursday’s NLCS Game 4 against the New York Mets. With a single in the seventh inning, Muncy reached base safely for a 12th straight plate appearance, setting an all-time record for a single Postseason and matching the all-time mark including stretches that spanned multiple Postseasons (Reggie Jackson, 1977-78). Muncy’s historic heater has helped push Los Angeles to a 3-1 series lead after Thursday’s 10-2 win.
