New York Yankees slugger Giancarlo Stanton continued his dominant Postseason at the plate in Friday's World Series Game 1 matchup with the Los Angeles Dodgers. The veteran ripped a go-ahead two-run missile far over the left-field fence in the sixth inning. The 116.6 mph homer marked the hardest-hit ball in the World Series in the Statcast Era (since 2015). Stanton's fifth straight homer for a hit also tied an MLB record for a single Postseason.
