The moment finally arrived for Texas Rangers pitcher Jack Leiter to make his MLB debut Thursday against the Detroit Tigers. The second overall selection of the 2021 MLB Draft looked good early, walking out of the opening frame unscathed after picking up his first two career punchouts. Leiter, the son of former two-time MLB All-Star pitcher Al Leiter, expressed how surreal his first taste of big-league action was.
