Lando Norris

Lando Norris claimed his fifth victory in Formula 1® by winning a dramatic season opener at the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025. In what was a challenging race for all drivers, the Brit produced an incredible driving display to take the win at the Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne. Norris started the race in pole position and battled through adverse weather conditions, multiple crashes and safety cars to take 25 points and lead the FIA Formula 1® Drivers’ World Championship for the first time in his career. His victory was monumental as it broke Max Verstappen’s 63-race streak of leading the FIA Formula 1® Drivers’ World Championship. It was also the first time Norris has won consecutive races in his F1® career.
