Chicago White Sox slugger Tim Elko gave his mom a Mother’s Day she won’t soon forget. Playing in front of his family, the 26-year-old crushed a three-run homer in the sixth inning against the Miami Marlins for the first hit of his MLB career. The dinger helped Chicago nab a 4-2 win. “For them to be here, just be in this moment with me, it’s an amazing feeling,” Elko said.
