Asa Newell took full advantage of his first real NBA minutes in the Atlanta Hawks’ matchup with the Oklahoma City Thunder. The 20-year-old rookie scored his first career points on a wide-open corner three and threw down a monster dunk in a promising 12-point showing. Newell also grabbed ten rebounds, including seven off the offensive glass, for his first career double-double.
