The fireworks started early in Chicago, as blasts were flying out of Wrigley Field at record volume. Hosting the St. Louis Cardinals, the Cubs lineup connected on eight home runs - a single-game franchise record. Michael Busch led the charge with three longballs, while Pete Crow-Armstrong added two, followed by homers from Seiya Suzuki, Carson Kelly and Dansby Swanson.
