The Athletics Carlos Cortes turned in an impressive debut performance, doing it all in a 5-2 win over the Houston Astros. The 28-year-old left fielder displayed phenomenal offense and defense, becoming the first Club player since Ramón Laureano (2018) to record his first MLB hit, RBI, and assist in the same game. Cortes also added his first career run scored in the win.
