When a grand slam energized the lineup earlier in the game, Houston Astros outfielder Cam Smith decided it was time he got in on the action. The 22-year-old put a charge into one in the bottom of the eighth inning, launching his first MLB homer over the wall in left-center field. Smith finished the memorable night with two hits and three RBI in a 14-3 win over the Angels.
