George Springer blasted his way into Toronto’s history books with a record-setting night against Cincinnati. The veteran slugger crushed a leadoff dinger to jump-start the Blue Jays offense, and later added another blast for a multi-homer performance in a 12-9 victory over the Reds. Springer’s 23rd leadoff home run with the Blue Jays set a new Club mark.
