Nolan McLean dazzled yet again in a 12-5 win over Detroit, allowing two runs in six frames with eight strikeouts at Comerica Park. The New York Mets righty becomes the first hurler to win his initial four MLB starts since 2014. He's also the second with that many wins, a sub-1.50 ERA, and 25-plus punchouts in his first four starts since 1913 (Fernando Valenzuela, 1981).
