The Nashua, New Hampshire native lined a slider into left field in the second inning for his first career hit, part of a 3-0 Pirates shutout of the Los Angeles Dodgers. “Just incredible,” Devanney said of his milestone knock. “Just getting it out of the way is really awesome.”
