On the heels of an impressive first career start, Trevor McDonald turned it up in his first home start. The 24-year-old right-hander struck out a career-high 10 Colorado Rockies batters over seven innings, earning his first MLB victory. “It was a lot of fun,” McDonald said. “It definitely gave me some confidence going into the offseason and coming back for next year.”
