Leonardo Fornaroli

Leonardo Fornaroli wins the 2025 FIA Formula 2 Championship™, becoming the first ever Italian to do so. The Invicta Racing driver clinched the Championship with one round to go, finishing in P2 in the Qatar Feature Race to put himself out of sight. The Italian builds on his FIA Formula 3 Championship™ win last season to claim this year’s F2™ title. Fornaroli joins Oscar Piastri and Gabriel Bortoleto as drivers who have won F3™ and F2™ titles in consecutive seasons. A special achievement for the Italian, who is sure to be a star of the future.
