With Toronto down 2-0 in the bottom of the fourth inning, outfielder Daulton Varsho provided a big spark. After a leadoff single from Alejandro Kirk, Varsho sent a first-pitch fastball from Los Angeles starter Blake Snell off the batter’s eye in center field for a game-tying two-run blast. “It’s kind of a surreal moment,” Varsho said after the Blue Jays 11-4 Game 1 win.
