With a chance for Chicago to ride a win streak to 10 games for the first time since 2016, Dansby Swanson did everything in his power to see it come to fruition. After his two-run triple in the seventh inning cut into the Los Angeles Dodgers lead, Swanson’s go-ahead two-run homer in the ninth gave the Cubs their first lead of the night, and ultimately, a 6-4 victory.
