Detroit Tigers prospect Brett Callahan fulfilled his childhood dream of playing in MLB, achieving a feat not seen since 1912. Ripping a two-run triple in the second inning, Callahan became the first Tigers player since Ed Irwin (1912) to record a three-bagger for his first career big-league hit. “I was thinking, ‘Don’t trip,’” he said with a laugh.
