OVERCOME 6-RUN DEFICIT IN 9TH FOR 1ST TIME SINCE '58

The 2026 Cincinnati Reds accomplished something against San Francisco not seen in Club history in nearly 70 years. Trailing 9-3 entering the top of the ninth inning, the Reds sent 11 men to the plate and rallied for seven runs, hanging on for a wild 10-9 win. It was the Club’s third-ever win when trailing by six or more runs entering the ninth frame (May 1958 & May 1918).
