JJ Wetherholt continued his breakout start to the season with a milestone effort. The St. Louis Cardinals second baseman launched a solo homer in the third inning and a two-run shot five frames later, sparking a 6-5 extra-innings win against Cleveland. Wetherholt became the first Cardinals rookie since 2021 (Dylan Carlson) to hit two home runs in the same game.
