Javier Báez

Javier Baez singled to start the seventh inning and reached third on Willson Contreras' single. During Ian Happ's at-bat on a 1-1 pitch, both Contreras and Baez were attempting a steal and Baez slid in safe at home under the tag. Baez famously stole home in Game 1 of the National League Championship Series and is only one of nine active players with more than one career steal of home also stealing home during the regular season in 2017.
