Luis Robert

Revered for his hulking power seen down in the minor leagues, it was just a matter of time before Luis got a hold of one at the Major League level. Facing Twins starter Kenta Maeda during Sunday's contest, the 22-year-old Cuban rookie sent a fifth inning offering high over the wall in deep center field for a two-run homer. The exit velocity on the longball was clocked at 111.4 MPH according to Statcast and traveled an estimated 419 feet.
