Tanner Houck

Tanner's late-season cameo here in 2020 will certainly provide some excitement for what he can accomplish as a regular in Boston's rotation looking ahead to the 2021 season. Houck made his second career start against the Yankees on Sunday afternoon and became just the second pitcher in MLB history to debut with back-to-back starts of five-plus innings pitched allowing zero earned runs. The 24-year-old struck out four while just allowing one hit across six innings as Boston took the game by the score of 10-2.
