Rick Porcello

Two former Cy Young Award winners - Porcello - a 2016 AL winner and Max Scherzer - a 3x winner squared off in what was shaping up to be quite the duel on Wednesday night. After Scherzer left the game after one inning, the spotlight was on Rick and he took the opportunity to shine. The righthander scattered one run on five hits over seven innings while striking out four. That win gave the New Jersey native his 150th career victory - tied for 10th among active pitchers.
