Charlie Blackmon

Through the Rockies' first 17 games of the season, they sit atop the NL West with a 12-5 record. That success can be attributed in part to Charlie's incredibly hot start to this season. In the midst of a 15-game hit streak, Blackmon has 34 hits in 68 at-bats, resulting in a .500 average. The last player to hit at that mark with that many at-bats was Hall-of-famer Larry Walker while playing for the Rockies in 1997.
