On Thursday afternoon, Cleveland acquired four players from the New York Mets in exchange for Francisco Lindor and Carlos Carrasco. This return was headlined by shortstop Amed Rosario and second baseman Andres Gimenez. Rosario, a 25-year-old middle infielder, has the potential to be a 20-20 player and 22-year-old Gimenez has been a top prospect in the Mets organization since he was signed back in 2015. The team also acquired righthander Josh Wolf and Isaiah Greene, 2nd round picks in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
