Andres Gimenez delivered a game-tying RBI single in the 10th inning and then hit a walk-off RBI single in the 11th to lead the Guardians past the Twins, 6-5, on July 29 at Target Field. The 23-year-old shortstop, who was named an All-Star for the first time this season, has been a bright spot for Cleveland with his stellar defense and timely hitting. Gimenez is the first Guardians player to hit a walk-off RBI single in extra innings since Michael Brantley in 2017.
