Despite falling to the Houston Astros 9-5, in Game 5 of the World Series, Freddie Freeman still put together a historic moment at the plate. In the bottom of the third inning with the score tied, 4-4, the reigning NL MVP clubbed a solo homer into the right-field seats at Truist Park. This blast was Freeman's 6th career Postseason go-ahead longball, the most in franchise history. In addition, Freddie's home run traveled a distance of 460 feet, marking the longest homer in World Series history since Statcast started tracking in 2015.
