Jorge Soler set the tone offensively for the Atlanta Braves 7-0, World Series Game victory with another polarizing longball. In the top of the third inning, the 29-year-old designated hitter connected on an 83-mph breaking ball and sent it 446 feet over the train tracks in left field at Minute Maid Park for a three-run blast. Soler would finish the contest 1-for-3 with two runs scored and three RBI. With this offensive effort, Jorge became the first Cuban-born Willie Mays World Series MVP.
