Max Fried

Max Fried led the way for the Atlanta Braves 7-0, World Series Game 6 victory over the Houston Astros with a historic performance on the mound. The 27-year-old southpaw scattered just four hits over six scoreless innings and struck out six batters. With this effort, Fried became the first starter in MLB history to record six-plus strikeouts, walk none and allow zero runs in a World Series clinching game. Max's brilliant performance guided the Braves to the franchise's fourth World Series title.
