After 12 seasons with the Atlanta Braves, Freddie Freeman has finally captured his first World Series title. The five-time NL All-Star finished Game 6 going 2-for-4 at the plate with two total RBI and a longball. Freeman’s solo homer came in the top of the seventh inning off of a hanging breaking ball, delivered from Ryne Stanek, and went into the terrace hanging over the left-center-field wall. This blast marked Freddie’s fifth homer this Postseason, tying Fred McGriff in 1996 for the most homers in a single Postseason in Braves history.
