Khalil Lee picked the perfect moment to deliver his first career MLB hit. The 22-year-old rookie outfielder torched an RBI double down the line off of an inside breaking ball to unravel the 3-3 stalemate in the top of the 12th inning. Lee’s efforts sparked a much needed three-run inning for the New York Mets as they would go on to win the extra-innings-thriller 6-5 over the Miami Marlins.
