Miguel Cabrera completed the comeback win for the Detroit Tigers with a towering go-ahead grand slam in the top of the seventh inning. Down 5-3 to the Toronto Blue Jays with the bases loaded, Cabrera connected on a hanging breaking ball and drove it into the left-center-field seats to take the lead 7-5. The 38-year-old finished the contest 3-for-5 with five RBI and two homers which included a solo shot that came in the top of the second inning. Miguel's slam proved to be a game-winner as the Tigers would go on to win 7-5.
